退款

A student is considered 与drawn when he or she is no longer enrolled in the current 术语. Students receiving financial aid are advised to contact the Office of Financial Aid prior to making changes in their enrollment 状态. 学生服务和特权; including library services and use of computer labs, 术语inate upon 撤军. Class days are counted from the first official class day of a semester or summer/fall session, 包括平日和星期六. 退款 are not made immediately upon official 撤军.  They will be processed after completion of all university registrations 在那个学期.  退款 will be processed through BankMobile支付 or 用于支付的信用卡.  退款 will first be applied to outstanding 义务.

Students who pay tuition and 费用 for any 术语 and subsequently cancel their registration prior to the first day of classes, are entitled to a full refund. 这次退款不包括 the $15 matriculation fee, $30 Academic Records fee, and any other non-refundable 费用. Enrollment cancellations can be completed online through E-services.

Students who officially withdraw from the university after classes begin may be eligible for a partial refund of tuition and 费用. The applicable refund is based on the courses in which a student is enrolled on the official date of 撤军. 退款是基于 on the amount billed and not what has been paid.  

Once a student registers, he or she is responsible for the total 费用 assessed regardless of whether the installment or short 术语 loan option is used. 退款比例如下 calculated according to total 费用 assessed, and not the amount that has been paid. This means if you withdraw after making your first payment of tuition and 费用, but after the 100% 撤军 period, a credit balance will first be applied to any outstanding 到期金额.

与drawal from courses or from the university can be made through 电子商务 prior to the deadline stated in the academic calendar. 书面提款是有效的 在收到之日. Letters can be faxed to the Office of the Registrar at 281-226-7230. The university reserves the right to deduct from the refund any outstanding financial 义务.

No refund will be made to students who leave the university without officially withdrawing. The refunds quoted are those authorized at the time of publication of this webpage but are subject to change without notice as necessitated by the university or legislative 行动. 退款 for 撤军 are made in accordance with the 退款进度.

Dropped course refunds only apply when a student drops from one or more courses, yet remains enrolled in at least one course. Students receiving financial aid are advised to contact the Office of Financial Aid prior to making changes in their enrollment 状态.
